Telecommunications does not stock headsets, but departments are welcome to order them directly.

Cisco Phones

Cisco recommends specific headsets for use with Lehigh's desk phone models, and we have validated them for campus use: the Plantronics CS540 and Plantronics CS510Plantronics headsets are retailed in a number of different places, including WB Mason, newegg.com, headsetsdirect.com, amazon.com and others.  You can also contact our representative from Graybar Electric, Kevin Dingas at 215-218-2464 or kevin.dingas@gbe.com

Softphone/Computer Headsets

LTS recommends some USB headsets for use with computers.  Please check out the Equipment Recommendations page; headsets are listed at the bottom.
