Cisco Jabber Softphone
The Cisco Jabber softphone is a communications tool that is part of Lehigh's unified communications platform. Cisco Jabber is an application program that allows faculty and staff to make and receive phone calls to and from their Lehigh phone extension using mobile devices and desktop computers. While the application does offer chat features, we recommend that you continue to use Google Chat and use Cisco Jabber only for phone calls.
