Kanban or Task board views

A Kanban or task board is a visual representation of work and its flow. It's a tool used to manage and track tasks Work in Progress (WIP) or projects from start to finish.

Core Components of a Kanban Board:

  • Columns/Lists: Represent stages of the workflow (e.g., To Do, Planned, In Progress, Stalled, Done)
