Confluence

Confluence is the framework in which this documentation is created and presented through spaces.

Spaces can be created and edited by any licensed Lehigh Confluence user but those spaces can be viewed by anybody or restricted to specific groups and the individual space owners are responsible for restricting/allowing access as appropriate.

We have adopted the use of Anonymous users in our Lehigh.atlassian.net site in order to maximize the value of information sharing without requiring licenses for each viewer of that information.

Atlassian admins have already enabled anonymous access on our site, which allows individual space owners to open up viewing permissions to non licensed users (both anonymous or lehigh.edu) but it does require space owners to enable those setting(s) on each space. 

Staff can request Confluence licenses to get started creating and editing content.
