Zoom Scheduler Booking Page (Office Hours and Calendly Alternative)
Zoom Scheduler includes the capability for you to share your calendar availability without disclosing your meeting details. This is often useful for faculty to allow students to book appointments during office hours or for users in general to share a link with available time-slots such as 30 mins or 1 hour for people internally or externally to book a meeting. This feature replaces Calendly and is secure and supported by LTS.
First select Scheduler in the Zoom App, Click + and then Create a booking page.
In most cases, you will select the One to One option where 1 person will book a meeting with you. This works well for office hours or making your calendar public via a URL that you control. One to Many option is useful if you want to create a seminar/webinar bookings pages where several attendees can sign up. Click Next.
Select the host and click Next.
In the Details tab, enter the Schedule Name. You should select the Duration, determine if you the Location to be a Zoom meeting, and provide additional information.
In the Availability tab, select the range you want to make available such as during work hours and the repeats.
In the Notifications tab, select options for how to notify attendees, follow up notifications, and cancellation policies if applicable.
In the More Options tab, select the additional options such as limiting the number of bookings, advanced time for the bookings, questions you want to ask the attendees, and create a confirmation page if applicable. Select Finish.
Copy the link or create single-use link. Share this link with those you want to all to book meetings/office hours or seminar/webinar.
