  • Universal design for learning (UDL) is a framework to improve and optimize teaching and learning for all people based on scientific insights into how humans learn.
  • UDL implementation provides the opportunity for all students to access, participate in, and progress in the educational curriculum by reducing barriers to learning and demonstrating knowledge.

Please use the resources in this area to to assist you as you develop materials and activities for your courses so that they are aligned with the principles of Universal Design for Learning.
