Activating Topaz Labs Software
When first starting Photo AI, Gigapixel AI or Sharpen AI or DeNoise AI software, youāll need to log in with the department credentials. Follow the steps below to start using the software.
Remember to Log Out! The department has a limited number of licenses, and if you donāt log out, another student might not be able to log in.
First, talk to your instructor or one of the AAD department coordinators for the Topaz Labs account and password.

When you first start one of the Topaz lab programs on a machine, youāll see a screen like this.
Click āActivateā to be taken to a web browser to log in with the Topaz Labs account.

On the Topaz Labs website, enter the account email and password as you have it from your instructor or staff.
Enter the email and password, and then click āLog inā.
Ā
Once logged in, youāll see a screen like this.
Click āContinueā to begin using the software.
When youāre finished using the software, save any work, and then look for the āLog Outā command under the āAccountā menu in the menu bar.
Select āLog Outā from the āAccountā menu in the menubar.

After logging out, you should return to the āActivateā screen as seen in step 2.
