Adobe Acrobat and the eBill suite

Parents and students sometimes report problems when trying to download/view Bursar bills from the eBill suite. Mac users in particular may encounter issues, in part because Macs may automatically launch PDFs in the Preview application rather than the native Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is required to view protected/secure pdf files.  Mac users who want to view their bill on a Mac should download the Adobe Acrobat reader (free, and available via the Web), and then follow these instructions for viewing secure pdf documents from the Bursar.
