Android: Configure App Offloading
In order to ensure that the HawkWatch app remains on your mobile device and stays active, you'll need to configure it to not 'pause' the app if it is not used frequently.
1. From your Home Screen, find and tap on the 'Settings' icon.
2. In 'Settings', scroll to and tap on the 'Apps' pane.
3. In 'Apps', scroll to and tap on the 'HawkWatch' app.
4. In 'App Info', scroll down to and tap on 'Permissions'.
5. In 'Permissions', scroll down to the 'Unused app settings'. Slide the slider to the left (so it is greyed out), which is the off position.
