Slack troubleshooting
Having trouble signing into your Slack workspace on your mobile device?
If you are having problems signing into a Workspace through the Slack app on your phone try this:
- Open the browser on your phone and go to lehigh.enterprise.slack.com Make sure you are not in private or incognito mode.
- Enter your username and password, and complete Duo authentication if needed. Once you have done that, it should display the list of workspaces that you have access to.
- Find the workspace that you want to open and select the Launch in Slack button. The Open Slack button should open that workspace in your Slack app.
If those steps don't work, uninstall your Slack app from your mobile device and retry the above steps again.
Check your browser settings. If your browser is set to Private Browsing (Safari), turn off private browsing and try again.
