Set up your voicemail greeting

The Zoom phone voicemail greeting is set up at lehigh.zoom.us

1. Log into lehigh.zoom.us with your Lehigh credentials.

2. On the left side of the screen click Phone to view settings.

3. Navigate to Voicemail Greeting (scroll down).

4. You have three options for creating a greeting. These options appear under Edit, and Add Audio.

   1. You can type the text of your greeting and select an AI natural language voice to read it.

   2. You can upload a pre-recording audio file. Zoom phone accepts .wav and .mp4 file types, up to 10 MB in size.

   3. You can create an audio file greeting on the fly.

5. To review your recordings, go to Edit, then Asset Library. All of your saved recordings appear here, and you can select which one is in use, delete, or download recordings.
