External (LTI) tool and service integrations

A commitment to supporting and maintaining full support of global standards such as the LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) standard, is a hallmark characteristic of Moodle’s platform. Supporting this standard gives Moodle the ability to connect to a wide array of third-party services, tools, platforms, content, and/or activities. LTI tools generally require lees review and testing so long as the third-party complies with the LTI standard and safeguards data appropriately.
