Using Mersive Solstice Pods for Screen Sharing/Device Mirroring

Some spaces on campus have Mersive Solstice Pods installed to support screen sharing and device mirroring for nearly any device.

Getting connected

Make sure the input the Solstice Pod is connected to is the active input. This will vary slightly in different spaces.

Once the main screen appears, you will see an IP address and Screen Key.

  • On a desktop/laptop computer, open a web browser and enter the IP address into the URL field. Once the page loads, you will see links to download the app or get connected. Once the app opens follow the prompts to enter the screen key and select what you want to share.
  • On a mobile device, simply go to your app store and download the Solstice Client app. Then follow the prompts to enter the IP address and screen key to get connected.
