3 - View Submitted Requests in JIRA Service Desk

Once logged into Jira Service Desk, (https://go.lehigh.edu/helpportal), click the 'Requests' button in the upper right-hand corner.

  1. The top line contains a search bar and controls for changing which requests are listed.

  2. The items in the list link directly to each request, and show the current status, ticket type, etc.

Note that comments entered on tickets in any status are delivered to LTS Staff.
