Social Features in Panopto Recordings

Students who are logged into Panopto can rate videos, add book marks, or add comments (in the discussion area) to sections of videos that are publicly viewable. 

You will see the timestamp of when the comment was made, along with the associated username. You can edit or delete discussion comments you have generated. These discussion comments are public and can be seen by anyone that can view the session normally.
