Accessing the scan server from a Mac

LTS offers a network server for secure temporary storage of scanned documents from supported scanners.  Follow the instructions below to 'map a drive' to this server in order to access your scans.

1. To access the shared folder on a Mac computer, click on the MacOS smiley face to switch to the Finder.

Then, from the Go menu, select 'Connect to Server

Alternatively, Press CMD+K on the keyboard.

2. In the 'Connect to Server' window, type: smb://scans.lehigh.edu/<username> where <username> is your Lehigh email address without the "@lehigh.edu"

Click "Connect".

3. Confirm that you would like to connect to the server by clicking the blue Connect button.

4. Finally, type your Lehigh Username and Password.

Please note to add the ad\username
