iOS / iPadOS : Access I Drive Departmental Storage

When you need to access information stored on your department's common drive, usually referred to as the "I: drive".

1.  If you are off-campus, first connect to the VPN.

2.  Open the "Files" app on your iPhone or iPad.

Note that your device must have at least version 13 of iOS or iPadOS for the Files app to be present.

 

3. Look for the "More" icon in the upper right, it looks like three dots inside a circle.

4. Choose "Connect to Server".

5. Enter the server address.

Enter smb://common.ad.lehigh.edu/common/

6. Log in as "Registered User" and fill in your Lehigh username and password.

7. Tap on the 'common' folder icon.

8. Consult the Storage Directories page for information on which stem and department names to look for. For most Administrative staff, tap on "ADM" and then look for your department.
