Step 1:  Help Desk  – highly available via phone / desk / computer, can answer assist with _many_ things, including creating requests for Tier 2 support (Consultants)

Step 2:  Request a Consultation - PLEASE DON’T EMAIL, call, etc. – create a ticket as above

  • We are away from our desks most of the day – we go to other people’s desks. . .
  • Tickets go to our WHOLE TEAM AT ONCE 
  • We can help with purchase, training, configuration, in-depth issues regarding all LTS services
