The Panopto cloud is for actively sharing your videos with others. Recordings that have not been viewed in several years MAY be deleted.
If you wish to create a back-up or download your recordings in Panopto for permanent storage, please follow these steps.

- Log into Panopto
- Locate and hover over the video that you would like to download or back-up
- Click Settings
- Navigate to outputs
- Download Podcast
Your viewers may also be able to download your recording to watch offline, if you change the default settings. This may be helpful for limited internet connections.
