Cisco Jabber is a communications tool for the Lehigh University phone system. The main purpose of the client is to allow faculty and staff to send and receive phone calls for their main phone extension from mobile and desktop devices. While the client does offer chat/instant messaging, we recommend that you continue to use support Google Chat and strictly use Cisco Jabber for phone calls.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before starting this installation, your device (computer or mobile) must be connected to Lehigh’s VPN through Cisco Anyconnect if you are off campus. We are working towards removing this limitation.
