Follow these steps to view your help requests in the JIRA system.
- Click on "Requests" at the top-right corner of the screen, and then select "My requests" from the menu.
- You can use the left-most drop-down menu to view your open or closed requests.
- You can use the middle drop-down menu to view requests that you created, that were created for you, or that were shared with you.

Once logged into Jira Service Desk, (https://go.lehigh.edu/helpportal), click the 'Requests' button in the upper right-hand corner.
The top line contains a search bar and controls for changing which requests are listed.
The items in the list link directly to each request, and show the current status, ticket type, etc.
