Comment: Added notes about first login prompts for AutoFill and biometric auth.

LastPass apps are available for Android and iOS.  Be aware that a sign-in attempt on a second device will result in an emailed verification challenge.

1.  Faculty and Staff:  Be sure you have already enrolled and activated your account first!

Then, on your device, head to your respective App Store or Play Store and search for 'LastPass', and download it.

2.  Open the app, and make a login attempt.

    • Swipe past the first intro screen, and get to the login screen, and enter your Lehigh email address.
    • When you enter your Lehigh email address, you'll see a request for re-direction to the Lehigh SSO login.  Go ahead, and then enter your Lehigh password on the Lehigh-logo login, and continue with the Duo prompt.
    • You'll get a note that the device must be verified.

3.  Check your email for the verification

4.  Go back to the LastPass app, and log in again, entering your Lehigh credentials into the Lehigh password window.

  • On Android devices, the first time you log into the LastPass app, you'll be asked to enable "AutoFill".  This is an Android feature that allows other apps to communicate with LastPass to fill in passwords.  This is a highly useful feature, and is recommended.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to switch to the Android Accessibility settings screen, and set the LastPass toggle to the "on" setting.

  • On iOS devices, the first time you log into LastPass app, you'll be prompted to enable the relevant biometric login, either TouchID or FaceID.  These features allow iOS to automatically open LastPass using your fingerprint or face.  It's also highly recommended
to enable biometric logins (fingerprint or facial recognition) ("FaceID" on iOS).
