  1. Go to the Apple App Store, search for “Cisco Jabber” and click on the cloud click  Get to download
  2. When the download is complete, launch Cisco Jabber by clicking the Open icon
  3. Click OK or Don’t Allow (your choice) to allow Cisco Jabber to access your contacts
  4. Click OK or Don’t Allow (your choice) to allow Siri to use Cisco Jabber
  5. Click Allow to allow Cisco Jabber to send you notifications
  6. Click Accept to indicate that you will not use Jabber for 911 calls
  7. Swipe left through the next 2-3 startup screens until you see the Get Started Now button on the bottom of the page. Click Get Started Now
  8. Click OK to allow Jabber to use your microphone
  9. At the Cisco Jabber screen, enter your userid@lehighUsername@lehigh.edu and click Continue
  10. You will be taken to a second sign-in screen; enter your userID Username (i.e. lh00 or bjp414) and password and click Sign In
  11. Select OK on the screen noting that Cisco Jabber should not be used for 911 calls
