Library and Technology Services provides, supports and administers licenses for the “Creative Cloud All Apps 50GB” product. These licenses are assigned to Lehigh user accounts and can move move with users to different computers, as well as be reassigned to others after staffing changes and are easily recoverable (no more serial numbers). Any user Users can install and activate their assigned license on up to two computers simultaneouslyat any one time, and activation on subsequent computers only deactivates their license on earlier ones without requiring uninstallation or potentially incurring data or file loss. (The process of logging into the Creative Cloud Desktop App is all that is needed to activate a license on that computer.)

All subscriptions through LTS are synchronized with its annual purchasing agreement, which runs from August of the current year through August of the following year. Renewals and new subscriptions in August are for the entire year (12 month) period. License availability after August are subject to availability as LTS must purchase its stock in multiples of fifty licenses. In most cases there will be licenses available, but it difficult to guarantee availability.

Adobe Creative Cloud Named User License (NUL) subscriptions are the only licensing model that LTS will support. LTS can not install or support any Adobe software that is not a Named User License managed within our Adobe Admin Console.

Full year (12 mo) pricing at the beginning of the period in August 2019 was $170/user which included an additional 10% discount from Adobe for joining their new volume purchase program. Until the next renewal period begins July 10, 2020 we will be unable to give pricing for next year, however it is a fairly safe bet that it will not be less than the original, before-discount $190/user from 2019. For comparison, paying directly to Adobe for the same subscription will cost your department $29.99 user/mo x 12 mo = $359.88 user/year + PA Sales Tax.As of Sunday, March 22, 2020 there are approximately 20 licenses remaining at a prorated cost of $70/user and valid until renewal in August 2020.
