Library and Technology Services is introducing Zoom One licensing campus-wide, supporting the University’s goal of creating an Organization of the Future. Starting in September 2024, Lehigh will adopt a "softphone-first" approach, prioritizing the Zoom Client for phone calls via computer or smartphone. This shift will eliminate the need for most physical Cisco phones, providing a more streamlined and familiar communication experience through the Zoom platform.
