Filling Out Reglular Hours Time 

Timeclock Plus is used for employees to manage time and attendance, employee leave, scheduling and labor compliance. 
After logging into Timeclock Plus, click on Manage Time Sheet from the header bar.
Click on Add under the day you'd like to enter a time sheet into.
Most full time non-exempt positions are scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week .
This would equate to 7.50 hours a day, if a non-exempt employee works Monday Through Friday.

For a Regular Work Week, please select 100 - Regular Hours as the option
Once you've finished editing the time sheet entry, select Approve to approve that day, or Approve Week to approve all entries for that week.
Then click Accept at the top of the screen to commit your changes.
To completely remove all unsaved changes, click Reject.

Filling Out Holiday Hours

After logging into Timeclock Plus, click on Manage Time Sheet from the header bar.
Select Add
Select 100 - Regular Hours
Scroll down to 540 - Holiday



Using Comp - Time on Saturday Shift

You will have to take 4 hours comp time. 
If you are working on Saturday, Comp Time should before your Saturday shift
Monday through Friday you can use 4 hours Comp Time to cover for the 4 hour Saturday
You can use your 4 hours Comp-Time, to work half a day. or you can split up Comp Time throughout the weekdays.

Filling Out Time Flex (Comp Time)
When filling out TImeclock Plus. Select Add.         
You will be able to choose from the 470 section, which will include Flex Time

Using Comp-Time on Weekday - Please select Flex Time Off Hr 1.0 as the Time Code

For the Saturday Shift, you work, please select Flex Time Off Hr 1.0 as the Time Code




Using Comp - Time on Sunday Shift
If you are working on Sunday, Comp Time should  be used after your Sunday shift
The following Monday through Friday you can use 4 hours Comp Time to cover for the 4 hour Saturdayunday shift you worked
For example, if you can use your 4 hours Comp-Time, to work half a day. or you can split up Comp Time throughout the weekdays.
