In the Fall of 2020, access to campus buildings is controlled by a number of factors, including your status at the university, the mode of learning that you selected as a student, and health considerations including your completion of the Hawkwatch Self-Assessment and your responses. Please go to Lehigh's Coronavirus-19 web page for more information.
...
- Did you select remote-only as your mode-of-learning? If you selected this option, or if you did not respond, you will not have building access.
- Students need to complete the Required fall expectations Course Site tutorial before gaining access to buildings.
- Did you complete your daily Hawkwatch assessment, either through the Hawkwatch app or the web-based version? View information about the COVID self-assessment.
- Make sure to use your LEHIGH EMAIL address to complete the self-assessment and make sure that it does not contain typos. Non-Lehigh email addresses or mis-typed Lehigh email addresses will not be processed.
- You need to allow ONE HOUR for self-assessments to be processed before you will get access to the building. This is the most common reason students are not able to access a building. Go to your QR code in the Hawkwatch app and check the date/time stamp for your completion.
- Check to make sure you have a green badge at the end of the self-assessment, indicating you are cleared to come to campus.
- Is there a hold on your access from the Health and Wellness Center?
- What is the condition of your Lehigh ID card? Has it been damaged? It may be a physical problem with your card.
