Cisco Jabber Softphone is a communications tool that is part of the Lehigh University phone platform. Softphone uses the Cisco Jabber application to allow faculty and staff to make and receive phone calls on their Lehigh phone extension from mobile and desktop devices. While the application does offer chat/instant messaging, we recommend that you continue to use Google Chat and use Cisco Jabber only for phone calls.
