A number of staff and faculty departments send out mass mailings to the Lehigh community with a variety of different focuses. Mass mailings generally have two primary purposes, and LTS can assist with a few different tools for each.

- Events calendar service. This daily message outlines events happening around campus over the next couple of weeks and is sorted into categories such as "Annoucements", "Academics", "Arts", "Athletics", "Student Life", etc. They also publish a regular message called "Lehigh Today" which includes articles in the media by or about Lehigh programs, research, faculty or students.

The Office of Development and Alumni Relations and a few other departments use a cloud service called imodules to send out mass mailings to people.
Qualtrics surveys are used by many groups on campus to send out questionnaires.
