Library and Technology Services is excited to announce the campus-wide availability of Zoom One licensing. This initiative aligns with the University’s Strategy to have an Organization of the Future, which aims to enhance faculty and staff efficiency, improve user experiences in communication, and streamline our technology infrastructure

Beginning September 2024, Lehigh will transition campus phones to a "softphone-first" approach which prioritizes the use of the Zoom Client, providing a feature-rich and familiar interface. Softphones allow you to make and receive phone calls via computer or smartphone over the Internet. For most end users, a physical Cisco desktop phone will no longer be needed. This change creates a unified communication experience through the Zoom platform you already use.
