Edit Existing Product - Transact

Access Store to Edit

1. Login to Transact Backend here: http://go.lehigh.edu/emarketadmin

2. Left Nav > Store Setup

3. Find your store in the drop-down on the component

Edit Item Code

1. Left nav > Item Codes

2. Click Select button on product you want to edit

   1. Edit button is only for editing the Inventory of the product, if it is set

3. Follow the steps from Create a New Product - Transact

Dynamic Pricing

Does your product have a drop-down that has different price points?

1. Left nav > Item Codes

2. Click Select button on product you want to edit

3. Click Continue

4. Edit the reference type that has the pricing

   1. Typically the first on the list

      1. Only custom-created reference types can be updated

5. Update the price at the bottom of the page

6. Click Update on that price change

7. Click Save to save your changes to the reference type

8. Click Continue

Push Live

1. Immediately?

   1. Left nav > Implement store

   2. Continue button

2. Later?

   1. Left nav > Store Scheduler

      1. Any change made to the whole store can be delayed by scheduling it.

      2. Only one scheduled time at a time
