Organize your Gradebook

Go to the Grades from the top-level navigation, then click Gradebook setup from the left side drop-down.

To move a single item:

  1. Locate the item: Select the grade item you want to move in the list.

  2. Click the move icon: Click the small double-arrow icon (up and down arrows) to the left of the item's name.

  3. Choose the new location: Dashed boxes will appear between the existing items. Click the box where you want to move the item. The page will reload, and the item will be in its new position.

To move items to a category:

  1. Select the items: Check the boxes in the "Select" column for each item you want to move.

  2. Choose the category: At the bottom of the page, click the "Move" button (appears when you select an item). Select the category where you want to move the items.

  3. Confirm the move: The page will refresh, and the selected items will now be within the chosen category.

Grades will be recalculated and a progress bar given.

4. Click Continue

5. Save Changes
