Forgot account password

Follow these instructions if you've forgotten your Lehigh University account password. 

If you remember your old password and just need to update it because it has expired, go to https://accounts.lehigh.edu/change

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to https://accounts.lehigh.edu/forgot
  2. On the Forgot page, enter your Lehigh username (i.e. anj321) to reset your Lehigh account password
  3. A verification email will be sent to the personal email address linked to your account.
  4. Check your personal email address's inbox for our email, open it, and follow the instructions to continue.
    1. If you do not receive the verification email after several minutes, check your personal email's spam or junk folder. 
    2. If you never receive our email, please contact the LTS Help Desk at 610-758-4357 (8-HELP) / helpdesk@lehigh.edu.
  5. After completing verification, you'll be prompted to create a new password. Please note:
    1. The password cannot be the same as a previous password.
    2. It must be at least 8 characters and contain letters as well as at least one number or symbol character.
