Moving LEWIS1 Cron Report Processes to Argos
Purpose: A cron is a system utility that is on our on-premise LEWIS1 server and is used to schedule processes that either run on the operating system of the server or against the production Banner database. For this specific document, these are crons that schedule reports against the Banner database that get sent to various campus users. For the B2C project, we are moving these cron processes off of LEWIS1 to Argos (our university reporting tool).
