Applied Computers

At Lehigh, almost half of the computers on campus are shared systems applied to a specific function, rather than personally-assigned general purpose desktops. Applied computers come in three main flavors:

Classroom Systems
Shared Workstations
Instrument / Tool Interface PCs

While most computer systems here run inventory client programs to report into our computer inventory management systems, not all do, so an umbrella system is needed to maintain information comprehensively.
