How to "Forget Network" to fix wireless connection issues
If you have trouble logging into the Lehigh secure wireless network, you may need to update your password. If you recently changed your password, your computer may still be storing the old password, for example. Here is how to fix it!
Steps for Windows 11:
Click the Network icon in the bottom right system tray
Right-click the Lehigh network or any network you want to forget
Click Forget
Now re-log in with up-to-date credentials, using your four- or six-character username (without @lehigh.edu)
Steps for the MacOS:
In the top right corner of your screen, click the Wi-Fi symbol
Click Wi-Fi Settings
Next to the network that you want to forget, click the more options icon (circle with 3 dots)
Click Forget This Network or Remove from list
Now re-log in with up-to-date credentials, using your four- or six-character username (without @lehigh.edu)
