LUapps Course Site LTI Integration

Integrating LUapps with Course Site allows your students to quickly access LUapps virtual software from a link within their course. This integration also enables features like Messenger to allow you and your students to easily communicate with other users in your group/course. Messenger lets you see who else is online, chat with other users 1×1, make voice calls, and share your screen.

To set up the integration:

  1. Log in to Course Site.

  2. Navigate to My courses and select your course.

  3. Select the More tab, then select LTI External Tools.

  4. Scroll to the LTI Tool: Apporto GPU Desktop or Apporto Standard Desktop.

  5. Check the slider to the On position.

  6. Navigate back to the main Course page. The LUapps Apporto integration is now be enabled in your course.

To add a link to LUapps in your course:

  1. In Edit mode, select Add an activity or resourceAdd an activity or resource button .

  2. Select the LUapps virtual environment that you want to link to.

  3. Name the activity and provide a description, if desired. Then, select either Save option.

  4. Clicking the link in the course will automatically log the user into their LUapps virtual environment.
