I’m getting the error message "Authentication Failed Problem in external authentication service" or “The connection is blocked because it was initiated by a public page to connect to devices or servers on your private network. Reload this page to allow the connection.”
If you are a Google Chrome user, try going to chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check and set "Local Network Access Checks" to Disabled. We’re unaware of other browsers experiencing this issue. You may need to restart the browser. Contact the LTS Help Desk if your issue remains unresolved after implementing this fix.
