PaperCut Mobility Print for iOS

Installing Mobility Print

  1. Use the QR code and go to the MobilityPrint download page, or go directly to the URL
    https://queue1.cc.lehigh.edu:9164/client-setup/known-host/ios.html.

  1. Click the Download button.

  1. When prompted to download, click Allow

4. When the profile completes downloading, click CLOSE.

  1. To install the downloaded profile, open your ‘Settings’ app, and click on ‘Profile Downloaded’.

    NOTE: An alternate way to install the profile is to go to General > VPN & Device Management and click the configuration profile PaperCut Mobility Print for iOS.

  1. Click Install.

  1. Click Install again.

Printing With Mobility Print

  1. To Print, select the document you want to print and choose Print.

 

  1. On the Options page, click Printer to select a printer.
    NOTE: You can also set other print settings on this page such as number of copies, page range, etc.

  1. A list of available Lehigh printers will be displayed. Scroll the list and select the printer you want to print to.

NOTE: All Lehigh public site printers should have a label on the printer itself with the name of the printer. Printers are named by building, room, and model number, For example, mart8a-rm400-hp553 would be in the Mart (EWFM) Library, Rm 400 (the main lobby), and the HP 533 (color printer), located behind the elevator.

  1. Select the printing options for your print job (i.e. page range, etc) and click Print.

  1. Go to the printer for your output ! 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING

Some iOS users may have difficulty getting PaperCut MobilityPrint to work if they have iCloud Private Relay turned on. To disable iCloud Private Relay, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Settings app then tap [your name] at the top of the menu to access your iCloud account

  2. Tap iCloud

*You may see Private Relay or Private Relay (Beta) listed in this menu or under “iCloud+Features” depending on your iOS version*

  1. Tap Private Relay

  2. Tap Turn Off Private Relay

NOTE: Private Relay is a privacy feature of iOS. You may also choose to turn off Private Relay temporarily by tapping Turn Off Until Tomorrow. If you use this option, Private Relay will reset to be ON within the next 24 hrs.
