With the new Zoom whiteboard, you can write and/or collaborate on your screen and share it with any participants in a Zoom session or outside a Zoom session with Lehigh participants only.
Starting a Whiteboard
During a meeting: Click the Whiteboard button at the bottom of your Zoom window, then select to share a new or existing whiteboard.
Outside of a meeting: From the Zoom desktop client, click the Whiteboards button, then click New Whiteboard.
Or go to https://lehigh.zoom.us/, log-in with your lehigh credentials, and choose whiteboard in the menu on the left.
Using the Whiteboard Tools
Once you are sharing your whiteboard, you should see your video feed, the annotation toolbar, and the meeting control bar.
- You are able to customize and move your windows and toolbars.
