Lehigh has three mobile phone providers extending competitive plans/discounts to faculty/staff of Lehigh University.


AT&T Wireless
Verizon Wireless
T-Mobile



AT&T Wireless

Lehigh's contract with AT&T Wireless allows faculty and staff with business-related wireless phone requirements to select the plan that will work best for their needs. Please consult the website for more details.  For additional questions please contact our AT&T Wireless account representative, Alyssa Knaub at as6893@att.com.  Alyssa can also be reached at 717.571.5094.  You may also visit an AT&T Wireless store in your area with your Lehigh ID, and refer to FAN 40752 - or call AT&T Business End User Care at 800-331-0500.

The following special Lehigh benefits are applied to the selected plan:

  • 20% discount on monthly plan costs*
  • Waived activation and upgrade fees
  • Waived termination fees
  • Special discounts off new wireless telephone equipment.
  • 30% discount off selected accessories
  • New Voice Pooled Bundle Plans with Unlimited domestic data and text included

* Certain restrictions apply regarding service discounts.  Discounts are applicable on the primary data mobile share plan $45 and above only.   

iPhones :  AT&T offers several iPhone options through Lehigh's AT&T representative, including discounted plans and options for global data roaming. NOTE: University-purchased iPhones are managed by LTS via Jamf - for more information please consult LTS Jamf FAQ.   There is no discount on the iPhone equipment itself.

International Calling Information: Please consult AT&T Wireless, for information on international services, packages, plans, dialing and coverage.

Personal (non-corporate) phones:  If you have questions about AT&T Wireless individual responsibility (personal) phones, please consult the website, call AT&T Business End User Care at 800-331-0500 or visit an AT&T Wireless store, with your Lehigh ID, and refer to FAN 40752. 

Important note: When visiting AT&T stores, please be certain you are visiting an actual AT&T retail store NOT an "authorized AT&T reseller/dealer". Note that "authorized reseller/dealer" stores may look identical to true AT&T retail stores, so you must ask the store staff if they are AT&T employees or resellers. Lehigh will not be able to intervene or assist if you choose to pursue an acquisition through a reseller/dealer, so please be sure you are working directly with AT&T! Only the actual AT&T retail stores are fully capable of servicing Lehigh accounts.

Please note: If you have a contract with another wireless service provider, be aware that there may be penalties for terminating the contract before its term (usually one or two years) is up. AT&T Wireless will not cover penalty payments to other wireless providers, so please check your existing agreement carefully if you wish to convert.



Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless offers Lehigh faculty/staff competitive plans and discounts on eligible Verizon Wireless accessories for both university-paid phones (Corporate Responsibility Users) and personal phones (Individual Responsibility Users).

When visiting Verizon Wireless Retail Stores/Service Centers, please be certain you are visiting an actual Verizon Wireless Retail Store/Service Center NOT an "authorized Verizon Wireless reseller/dealer". T-Mobile

T-Mobile Work Perks is a discount program available to Lehigh University employees and their families. Employees that are looking to switch to T-Mobile can save up to $200 ($10 off for 20 months) on T-Mobile’s premium service package, Magenta Max. To make the switch, employees can call T-Mobile Perks Line at 855-570-9947 and mention where they work.
