Classrooms with A/V Equipment
LTS has outfitted numerous classrooms on campus with A/V equipment for recording and web-conferencing. The rooms are designated as HyFlex 1 (one camera and in-room audio), HyFlex 2 (two cameras and in-room audio) and HyFlex 2A (auditoriums with two cameras and no audience audio.) A complete list of these spaces can be found on the LTS facilities Spaces page by clicking 'HyFlex 1 Classrooms', 'HyFlex 2 Classrooms' or 'HyFlex 2A Lecture Halls.'
In HyFlex rooms an instructor can run Zoom from the classroom computer using audio and video from the room cameras and microphones. These sessions can be recorded and the links posted in Course Site.
Borrowing A/V Equipment
The Digital Media Studio has portable recording and conferencing equipment available to be borrowed for classroom or event recordings including the Meeting Owl and web-conferencing kits that include a ClearOne microphone/speaker and Logitech web cam. Contact the DMS at inmediad@lehigh.edu to submit a request to borrow equipment.
