- Students making request should add their faculty advisor to the request. Request will only be approved after confirmation by faculty advisor.
- Banner index to charge $50/year fee and authorization from the finance manager.
- If your group does not have an allocation, the total amount of allocation requested. If unsure, start with 50,000 SUs. Provide banner index and authorization to charge $500please ask your faculty advisor to request allocations.
