The following table explains the permission sets and their permissions that are available in Lehigh's instance of DocuSign.
After choosing the appropriate permission set, please go to the Training page to view the respective training videos. Once you have viewed the videos, please submit a Jira request for DocuSign access that includes the permission set.

Users have a higher level of access only available in the test environment where they can create and test content until is ready for LTS - ESI to move elements to production. Typically reserved for technical/advanced users within departments.

Groups provide users in the ability to share documents, templates, envelops, contacts, etc. within Docusign to only the people within the group. Thus, it can reduce the amount of
duplicate work as well as keep certain objects private within a group. You may belong to multiple groups and you may also request a new group. Please see the process for creating a new group (need to add).
