Click on Gradebook Setup under Administration>Course Administration.
Click on "Add Grade Item" at the bottom of the gradebook.
Turn on Edit mode, then click on the Grades menu.
From the dropdown menu, select Gradebook setup
Click the Add grade item button
Fill out the grade item canvas. Most faculty choose "choose Value" for for grade type. If you pick Scale, you will mostly likely want to use "Lehigh 4 Point Scale."
Click Save changes when you are donefinished.
Your new item will now be listed in your gradebook.
