Once you are sharing your whiteboard, you should be see your video feed, your the annotation toolbar, and the meeting control bar.
- You are able to customize and move your windows and toolbars. If you can't see your annotation toolbar, click on the whiteboard icon that appears when you hover your mouse at the top of the screen.
Click on the MORE button in the meeting control bar, to control who is able to annotate or show the names of those annotating the screen.
