The following table explains the permission sets and their permissions that are available in Lehigh's instance of DocuSign.

Technical DesignerLU Demo Sender with Elevated Privileges

These privileges are elevated privileges in the test environment for users that would like to create electronic signature processes stemming from advanced use case scenarios for use throughout the department or at University level.  Users have a higher level of access only available in the test environment where they can create and test content until is ready for LTS - ESI to move elements to production.  Typically reserved for technical/advanced users within departments

  • Can see additional reports
  • Can design PowerForms
  • Can design templates to be shared with LU users or groups


Groups provide users in the ability to share documents, templates, envelops, contacts, etc. within Docusign to only the people within the group.  Thus, it can reduce the amount of
duplicate work as well as keep certain objects private within a group. You may belong to multiple groups and you may also request a new group. Please see the process for creating a new group (need to add).
