If you have provisioned your course for Panopto from course site, your videos will automatically be made available to your students in the Panopto block on your course.  As   Students have view only access. As a best practice, you should always log into Panopto from course site.

Although not the preferred method for faculty, you can log into Panopto website directly.  Goto https://lehighonline.hosted.panopto.com and login to Panopto via Course Site.  You will need to log in using your Lehigh credentials.

If you are using the default course folder for your course site, your students should have access automatically.

To share video, keep Panopto browser window open.   (If you accidently closed, click the “Course Settings” link in Panopto block. Close the recording settings window.)

You can now add a link to your new video in your course as needed.

  1. Hover your mouse over the video you wish to edit.
  2. Click on Share.
  3. Copy and paste the link listed. (COPY -highlight link & CTRL C, PASTE highlight link & CTRL V)
  4. Return to your course in course site window.
  5. Turn editing on if required.
  6. Go to the topic or section of the course that you would like to add your video to.
  7. Select Add URL resource.
  8. Name your video link.
  9. Copy and paste URL.
  10. Leave settings at default.
  11. Click save and display.
  12. Test your link in your course.
